In this intimate gathering for 6-8 women*, we will rediscover our connection to our senses through meditation, breathwork, movement, and restorative yoga. We will meet our inner wild child and allow her to express herself fully, in a safe container. We will ground and connect to nature, reclaiming the power of our bodies as intuitive channels for wisdom.

Retreat includes:

  • Guided meditation

  • Sacral chakra activation

  • Breathwork

  • Movement session

  • Restorative yoga

The Affelder House

Surrounded by nature trails and a nearby creek, this unique local landmark features midcentury modern design and a wood-burning fireplace.

Yoga mats will be provided, along with coffee, tea and snacks. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you would like.
